We are absolutely thrilled to announce that our Apprentice Chef de Partie Joseph Halloran has WON Rising Star at National Apprenticeship Awards SW regional final. The awards, which celebrate the achievements of extraordinary apprentices and the businesses that employ them, are a showcase of talent across the country. As winner at the regional stage, Joe will now head to London for the National Finals.
