Walking Weekend

Breathtaking coastal paths, secret coves, secluded valleys and hidden wildlife …

There is a wealth of wildlife to be found in West Cornwall and the best way to discover these riches is whilst out walking the wonderful paths and trails that criss-cross the landscape. Over 2 days of walking you will have the chance to stroll along the South West Coast Path, Britains longest National Trail, wander through ancient woodlands on the banks of the magical Helford river and follow in ancient footsteps along sunken tracks.

Each day will explore different aspects of the wildlife and landscape that make this part of Cornwall so special with your guide Steve.  Walking will be at pace to allow you to delve deeper and spend time looking closer at plants that have their own spring loaded catapults, learn about magical sea horses or just soak up stunning views in the hidden corners that surround the Budock Vean and the Lizard peninsula.

You will need to be able to walk up to 6 or 7 miles in a day but walking with Steve is not about how fast you can go but how much there is to be seen.  Full kit list sent in advance of your stay so you can be prepared.

Your break includes dinner, bed and breakfast plus a packed lunch for each of the 2 walking days.
