Covid-19 Track and Trace Data Collection:

The Government has asked us to provide basic information to be used as part of its contact tracing regime should there be localised outbreaks of Covid-19. Should a person test positive for COVID, contact tracers can rapidly identify any interactions they had with others and hopefully break the chain of infection.

Therefore we will store all contact data for guest bookings securely and only release to the NHS track and trace system if requested. In accordance with GDPR regulations, we already capture your data through online booking, reservations, wi-fi or app usage, and we will automatically be allowed to share this on request with the NHS or local public health team (unless you have opted out of data provision).

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

To ensure our e-newsletter sign-ups are genuine you will be asked to confirm your sign up via an email sent to the email address given.
