Christmas and New Year is a beautiful time of year here on the Helford River in south Cornwall. Budock Vean’s festive breaks are packed with wonderful events and activities … think stunning food, golf competitions, quizzes, cocktail making, guided walks, dancing and more; of course, there’s always opportunities to relax, swim in our indoor pool or kick back in our outdoor hot tub.

New Year’s Eve is a corker with a black tie dinner. Start with the champagne reception in the cocktail lounge then head to dinner. Then there’s a love band, dancing, a wonderful firework display then, to top it all off neaps, tatties and scotch – that’ll set us up nicely for 2024!

Our Christmas break is a 3 night package and for New Year there are options to stay one, two or three nights so you can build your new near break to suit your plans; or tag it onto a Christmas stay for a longer visit.
