We use the finest local produce
The Budock Vean is proud of its green credentials, and has been awarded the Green Tourism Business Scheme Gold Award several years running. Part of our commitment to this is buying as much local produce and services from the surrounding area, and we manage to source almost 70% of all food we serve from Cornwall.
Almost 30% of all jobs in Cornwall involve the food and drink sector, and the county has rightly become a prime foodie destination. Budock Vean is proud to work with a wide range of local suppliers, so this page is our chance to say a big thank to them for providing the raw ingredients that our brigade of chefs turn into mouth-watering meals.
