Mystery and adventure

Each season, we select a title that celebrates Cornwall’s rich history, landscapes and stories.

From December 2025 to March 2026 your break will include a copy of The Secret Shore by Liz Fenwick, an atmospheric wartime mystery set along the dramatic Cornish coast. Follow the journey of skilled Navy mapmaker Merry, drawn back to her beloved Cornwall where secret operations find her working alongside an enigmatic American officer.
