The cottage collection
Less than 100m from the hotel are Budock Vean's self-catering cottages. Located near Helford Passage and Mawnan Smith, each holiday cottage is well equipped, has a private garden, convenient parking, central heating and graded 4 star with a Gold Award by Visit England.
All of our holiday cottages are on the ground floor, except the Old 19th. So ideal for those who struggle with stairs, and most bedrooms are ensuite.
Guests can enjoy free use of the hotel's leisure facilities including the golf course, tennis courts and swimming pool complex free of charge, as well as access to the restaurant, bars, Natural Health Spa and the watersports on offer down at our private cove.
The Old 19th
The Old 19th, awarded a 4 star Gold Award by Visit England, is our largest cottage - ideal for up to 8 guests. It features 4 double or twin bedrooms, offering flexible accommodation. The ground floor includes a spacious lounge leading into a bright conservatory. Outside, there’s a large private garden with a barbecue area and courtyard, ideal for alfresco dining or peaceful evenings.
Beavers Dam
Beavers Dam comfortably sleeps 6 guests across 3 well-appointed bedrooms, all situated on a single level - making it a convenient and accessible choice for families of all ages. This charming cottage offers an open-plan lounge and dining area, creating a spacious and sociable environment for relaxing, dining, and spending quality time together.
Beavers Lodge
Beavers Lodge is a stylish property that sleeps 6 and features 3 comfortable ground-floor bedrooms, each with its own newly fitted en-suite bathroom for added convenience and privacy. The open plan lounge and dining area provides a welcoming space for relaxing, dining, or spending time with family and friends. Step outside to a spacious private garden at the rear, complete with a patio and barbecue - perfect for alfresco dining, soaking up the sun, or enjoying peaceful evenings in the fresh countryside air.
Badger Cottage
Badger Cottage, the smallest of our cottages, is perfect for a family or group of 4, with 2 cosy bedrooms. The open-plan lounge and dining area provides a comfortable space for relaxing and dining together. The cottage features an enclosed garden, offering privacy and a safe area for children or pets to play. Whether you're enjoying a peaceful retreat or a fun-filled holiday, Badger Cottage offers a charming and intimate setting to unwind and make lasting memories.
