With St Piran’s Day on 5th March, mark the occasion in true Cornish style and join us for two indulgent evenings of dining inspired by Cornwall’s producers.

Join us for a Cornish Celebration Weekend at Budock Vean Hotel & Spa, where our chefs showcase the very best of Cornwall’s bounty. Working closely with trusted local suppliers and using the finest seasonal produce, they will create two beautifully curated dining experiences across Friday and Saturday evenings. Expect five unforgettable courses of inspired dishes, creative cooking styles and flavours that truly reflect Cornwall’s rich food heritage.

Each course will be thoughtfully paired with expertly selected wines chosen to enhance and complement every flavour. Guests will have the opportunity to learn a little about each wine, with engaging insights, fascinating facts and plenty of fun throughout the evening.

Beyond the table, the weekend is designed to be unhurried and restorative. Spend your days exploring our peaceful gardens and wooded paths leading down to the Helford River, enjoy a round on our parkland golf course, or unwind in the Natural Health Spa.
