Starter

Fanned seasonal melon with plum compote and cream cheese

Gin cured Scottish salmon with crab mayonnaise, blinis, and maple syrup

Pressed West Country ham hock terrine with pickles, mustard and chives

Cream of leek and potato soup


Main

Roast topside of Cornish beef with Yorkshire pudding and red wine gravy

Roast leg of locally reared lamb with reducrrant and thyme sauce

Grilled fillets of Cornish lemon sole with nut brown butter, capers and prawns

All served with a selection of seasonal vegetables and potatoes


Dessert

Chocolate cheesecake with Cornish vanilla ice cream

Lemon pannacotta with basil shortbread and raspberry sorbet

Orange custard tart with honey roasted figs and Cornish vanilla ice cream
