This summer, step away from the pressure of the everyday and take some time to rediscover your direction at our Reclamation Workshops with Hello Realign, held within our serene sunroom overlooking the Helford River. Through guided meditation, journaling, creative healing, vision boarding and mindset hypnosis, these two-hour sessions will help you explore your subconscious, gain clarity and reconnect with your intuition, empowering you with a clear path of next steps.

What’s included

Reconnect with what brings you joy, return to your centre and leave feeling realigned.

Each two-hour session includes:

  • Guided Meditation: Calm the nervous system and quiet the mind.
  • Creative Healing: Artistic expression reveals insights and unconscious patterns.
  • Journalling: Process thoughts and emotions to offer clarity.
  • Vision Boarding: Align your vision with values, energy and truth to inform your next steps.
  • Mindset Hypnosis: Optional integration to reinforce new beliefs and anchor confidence at a subconscious level.
