Rearrange Your Booking

After operating under Covid measures during 2020 and 2021, we will no longer be required to cancel anyone’s booking, other than in exceptional circumstances, for example, if another lockdown is imposed. We have therefore reverted to our standard cancellation policy and we reserve the right to rely on those terms and conditions if necessary.

However, in the event any guest decides to cancel for whatever reason, in the first instance, we will not look to take any cancellation fee on the booking, but we will talk to you and look to agree a postponement and to transfer the booking to an alternative date. We will look to hold the deposit and put it towards the rearranged booking.

We would ask a guest to rearrange their booking if, for instance, they call and inform us they have tested positive for Covid.
