Rearrange Your Booking

Now that the government has made it lawful for us to re-open, we will no longer be required to cancel anyone’s booking, other than in exceptional circumstances, for example, if a local lockdown was imposed. We are therefore reverting to our standard cancellation policy and we reserve the right to rely on those terms and conditions if necessary.


However, in the event any guest decides to cancel for whatever reason, in the first instance, we will not look to take any cancellation fee on the booking, but we will talk to you and look to agree a postponement and to transfer the booking to an alternative date. We will look to hold the deposit and put it towards the rearranged booking.

 
We will contact all guests a few days prior to arrival to carry out a short “health check” to ensure everyone is well and safe to travel as well as confirming details of the forthcoming stay.
