Yoga and Wellbeing
Taking a holistic approach to your welbeing, here at the Natural Health Spa we offer a Saturday and Wednesday morning yoga classes at our Riverside Studio. Classes are suitable for all ages and abilities for beginners and intermediates.
Each session will be an hour long and cost £8.00, payable in cash on the day (we are unable to take card payments for yoga). Sessions start at 8.00am - 9.00am with our instructor, Helen. Please meet in the Spa Lounge 15 minutes before the start of the session to enable time to walk through the gardens to the riverside studio.
Booking and payment in advance essential as places limited to 10 people per session. Classes will not run with less than 4 people, we will advise you the day before if the class will not be running.

Group sessions or 1-to-1 sessions are priced at £55.00 or £100 for a booking of 2 sessions. Give your details to the hotel Spa & Helen will contact you to arrange a suitable time and to talk about your personal needs so a suitable session is designed for you.
More about our tutor, Helen Davison:
Helen has worked in the Fitness industry for over 14 years first being qualified as a personal trainer subsequently becoming Deputy Manager for the University Sports Centre in Penryn until recently branching out on her own. She now runs yoga sessions in the community, private business, children's yoga & 1on1 sessions for special groups, remedial work & also pregnancy yoga. Helen's has worked in all elements of the fitness industry & this diverse range of experience & knowledge compliments Helen's holistic approach.
Helen found her love for Ashtanga yoga 14 years ago in Thailand whilst on a Thai Massage course, the experience opened her eyes to a whole new world internally & externally. Every morning she practised yoga & meditated in the beautiful surroundings. and soon was able to find complete mental stillness in her meditation & a passion for the moving meditation integrating body and mind.
Helen is very keen to help share in her experiences she has had in yoga and strongly believes this ancient system of movement can help rid of disease and combat stress. Yoga can be your healthy constant replacing bad habits and negative thoughts. Helen's other passions include boating, cycling, good food and playing with her children.
