The spa is open for treatments booked and paid for in advance. You are welcome to use any vouchers you may have towards your cost of treatment. The only day package we have available at present is our Winter TLC Offer.

Leisure facilities - booking essential
Opening times - open 7 days a week
Treatments - 10.00am until 5.45pm with the last treatment starting at 5.00pm. Please note: all treatments will need to be booked and paid for in advance.
Swimming: 8am until 10pm 7 days a week. Please note: Currently all swimming and hot tub sessions have to be booked in advance with priority for hotel and self catering guests. If you would like to swim or use the hot tube before or after your treatment, please ask at main reception. Call 01326 250288.
Towels and robes are available to hire at main Reception at an additional cost of £2 per towel and £3 per robe, subject to availability. Please note that if you are not on a spa day and wish to come for swim and use the facilities on a weekend it is advisable to call first to check availability.
Head towards Falmouth, on the A39 about 4 miles before Falmouth on the outskirts of Penryn you will pick up the brown tourist information road-signs for Budock Vean Hhotel, Glendurgan and Trebah gardens. Follow these signs through the village of Mawnan Smith, taking the right hand fork at the Red Lion Pub, and continue past Glendurgan and Trebah Gardens. After a further ½ mile round a sharp bend to the right you will find the entrance to Budock Vean Hotel and the Natural Health Spa. For Sat Nav and Google Maps directions - use postcode TR11 5LG.
We have level access to our spa reception, lounge and treatment rooms. We have one dual treatment room that can also be used for one person and carer to give more space to manoeuvre. Our manicure and pedicure stations are now located in the Spa Lounge with bright natural light and easy wheelchair access. Our spa brochure and lunch menus can be reproduced in large format print if requested. We offer gluten free, vegan and vegetarian lunch options and our restaurant team will go out of their way to create a special dish for those with food allergies.
Preparation for your treatment
For all massage treatments please allow at least one hour prior to treatment following food and alcohol. Ladies and gentlemen are required to wear appropriate underwear during all treatments. Hotel guests may use the robes provided in the bedroom when visiting the spa. We kindly ask our clients not to wear wet swimwear in the spa and in the hotel lounges. Please shower before your treatment and we recommend that you arrive at least 5 minutes beforehand to relax in our spa reception.
We recommend that you drink plenty of water after treatments. Also to enhance effectiveness, any oils or lotions used during treatment should not be showered off for as long as possible. Should you wish to swim in the pool following an oil based treatment, please shower beforehand.
A consultation is carried out before every treatment. All information is strictly confidential. The treatment time stated allows time for the compulsory consultation. Please note that the treatment time is a maximum duration of the treatment. Please be advised that late arrival for treatment will reduce your treatment time. Your appointment will end as originally scheduled as a courtesy to the next client.
Respecting other spa users
Please respect other clients and keep noise in the spa to a minimum, please refrain from using a mobile phone in the spa area.
We don't have an age requirement at the spa, but if a child under the age of 16 would like spa treatments then we will require parental consent and a signature.
We do require at least 24 hours notice of cancellations, otherwise we regret that a 50% charge will be incurred. Cancellations on group bookings over 4 people need to give 48 hours notice or we regret that a 50% charge will be incurred.
We recommend making bookings in advance, particularly if you choose to enjoy multiple treatments during your stay. We invite you to advise us of any special requirements when making your reservation.
