Yoga Break in Cornwall
Our yoga and spa break in Cornwall gives you the perfect chance to escape the day to day pressures of your busy lives, helping you to unwind and relax in beautiful surroundings.Our yoga weekend in NOvember is not all about intensive yoga and a harsh detox - it's more about a stress free break with the addition of an authentic yoga experience to suit all abilities - even the complete novice.
It's a great way to de-stress, enjoy great food and wine, explore wonderful coastal and country walks, indulge in a spa treatment (or two) and to just feel like you've got off the treadmill of life for a few days. You will leave feeling re-energised, taking some useful techniques with you to help in your day to day routines.
This weekend break is ideal for solo travellers as you'll quickly make new friends (no single supplement here!) or those whose partners don't want to do yoga have a great choice of other things to do around the hotel and in the immediate area while you take your class.
Our yoga classes are run by Phil Aston and his team, whose practical and down to earth approach to yoga has enabled him to expand his 'yoga at work' brand of teaching. All teachers are fully qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga. Friday - arrive and check in, use the pool, book yourself a spa treatment, take the hour and a half yoga class between 5 - 6.30pm, then relax and make friends over a glass of Champagne at our welcome reception followed by a four course dinner in the main restaurant.
Saturday - after a hearty breakfast the next yoga class will be from 10 - 11.30am, with a free afternoon to explore the hotel grounds leading down to the Helford River, take a circular walk along the coast path or visit nearby Trebah or Glendurgan gardens. Back to the hotel for another class between 5 - 6.30pm and then on to enjoy your evening meal in the restaurant.
Sunday - after breakfast you will have your final class between 10 - 11.30am. By now you should be nice and relaxed - and if you don't want to leave just yet - you can always book an extra night!
