With its’ stunning gardens leading down onto the banks of the Helford River, excellent cuisine and friendly service, Budock Vean has become increasingly popular for couples who really want the perfect setting for their special day.We hold a Civil Licence so we are able to offer a total package including the Wedding Service being held on the premises.For Wedding Receptions we can accommodate a maximum of 80 people. Our Wedding Reception package costs £400.00 and this includes:
- A Master of Ceremonies to assist you with ensuring that the day runs smoothly
- Bud vases and menus on all tables
- P.A. System for speeches
- A Superior room for the Bride and Groom on the Wedding Night (If guest numbers exceed 50)
- Room hire for the Reception area for Pre-Wedding Breakfast
- Drinks
- Ceremonies
If you would like to hold your ceremony at the hotel we can offer a variety of rooms depending on the number of guests you have attending. The charge for these rooms are as follows:
- Pendennis or Trelissick Lounge (suitable for up to maximum 35 guests) £200.00
- Country Club Room (suitable for up to maximum 50 guests) £225.00
- Helford Lounge (suitable for up to maximum of 60 guests) £350.00
- Restaurant (suitable for up to a maximum of 80 guests) £500.00
MenusOur menu selection provides a choice of buffets and seated meals from three courses to five courses. Menus can be mixed and matched to provide you with your ideal choice.Your Wedding Breakfast can be served either in the main Restaurant or for smaller Weddings in our Country Club Room, depending on the numbers of guests you have.Evening FunctionsAt certain times of the year, subject to sufficient accommodation being booked by the Wedding Party guests, we are able to offer exclusive use of the hotel, allowing up to 120 guests. Please note that these are the only times when we are able to offer an evening function.The prices are applicable for 2008 weddings only. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
