The prices below are per person, per night for single, twin or double bedded rooms and are inclusive of full English breakfast, 4-course dinner with coffee and VAT at 20%. Unlimited use of the golf course, swimming pool, sauna, outdoor hot tub, snooker room and tennis courts is also included. Bedrooms are all equipped with en-suite bathroom and wc, towelling robes and slippers, swimming towels, direct dial telephone with internet access, hairdryer, remote control television, tea and coffee making facilities and i-Pod docking stations/radios.

SOLE OCCUPANCY OF TWIN/DOUBLE ROOM
If you would like a double room for single occupancy a supplement of 50% will apply.
BED AND BREAKFAST
Our quoted rates include a four course dinner using local Cornish produce. If you just want bed and breakfast we will deduct £15 per person per night. If during your stay you decide not to have dinner, we need 24 hours notice, otherwise we may still need to charge you.
WEEKEND BOOKINGS
During certain times of the year, in particular Spring and High season, we may only be able to take weekend bookings for a minimum two nights.
CREDIT CARDS
Mastercard and Visa are accepted at no extra charge. Diners cards is accepted subject to a 2% surcharge. AMEX is subject to a surcharge of up to 3.6%.
DEPOSITS
We will require a deposit of £50 per person to confirm your reservation. This will be credited to your final account on arrival.
INFORMATIN FOR HOTEL GUESTS
DINNER DRESS
Dining in Budock Vean is a special occassion, often with live music accompanying dinner. To complement this we have a jacket and tie policy for men and smart dress for ladies. During school holidays including half terms, we relax this so that either jacket or tie may be removed. Smart dress stays though - so no jeans or shorts- thank you. Jackets and ties are not required in the Country Club Room.
NO SMOKING
All our bedrooms and public areas are non-smoking. This also applies to self-catering units.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
Bedrooms are generally available on arrival from 2.00pm. Guests are required to vacate their rooms by 11.00am on the day of their departure. If you require an extension to this time, please ask and we will, wherever possible, accommodate you. On Party Nights, check in 3.00pm.
SERVICE
Our aim is to provide really good service during your stay. Anything you add to your bill will be distributed fairly across the whole team who helped you enjoy your stay.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel more than 60 days before your arrival date, your deposit will cover the cancellation fee and you will have no further liability. If you wish to cancel within 60 days of your arrival date, excluding Christmas, we will do our best to re-let your accommodation. If we don't then we need to reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee up to the amount quoted for your stay. Cancellations unfortunately do happen so we strongly recommend you take travel insurance.
