The prices shown below are per person, per night for single, twin or double-bedded rooms and are inclusive of traditional full English breakfast, five course dinner plus coffee and VAT at 17.5%.
Unlimited use of the golf course, swimming pool and tennis courts is also included. All bedrooms are well equipped with private bathroom and toilet on en-suite, towelling robes, direct dial telephone, hair dryer, tea & coffee making facilities and remote control colour television.

Suites
A supplement of £70 per night is added to the superior room tariff for a spacious suite consisting of a double or twin bedroom, a private lounge with view over the golf course and the woodland valley garden, a shower room and a bathroom and toilet.
Sole Occupancy of Twin/Double Room
A supplement of 50% of the tariff applies when a single person occupies a twin/double room at his or her own request.
Bed and Breakfast
For bed and breakfast only, deduct £12 per person per night.
Weekend Bookings
Guests wishing to stay on a Friday or Saturday night during High or Mid Season, must book for a minimum of 2 nights.

Making a reservation
Reservations should be confirmed with a deposit of £50 per person. The deposit will be credited to your account upon arrival.
Credit Cards
Master Card and Visa are accepted at no extra charge. Diners Card is accepted subject to a 2% surcharge.
Cancellations
If you inform Budock Vean hotel in writing more than 60 days before you are due to arrive that you wish to cancel your booking, then your deposit will cover the cancellation fee and you will have no further liability. If you wish to cancel within 60 days of your arrival date, we will do our best to re-let your accommodation in the time available. If however this proves impossible the hotel reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee up to the amount quoted for your stay.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Dinner Dress
Gentlemen are requested to wear a jacket and tie after 7.00pm in the hotel cocktail bar and main hotel restaurant. For those who prefer less formality the Country Club Room provides the same menu and service. Country Club diners are requested to dress smartly; no jeans, combat trousers, shorts, tee-shirts or trainers please. For the hotter months of July and August, jackets are optional for the gentlemen.
Smoke Free
We would like to advise all our guests that in accordance with the new legislation the hotel is completely smoke free, including all public areas, all bedrooms and the self-catering accommodation. Guests are welcome to smoke anywhere outside in the grounds and gardens. Guests are reminded that it is against the law to smoke in these premises.
Meals not taken
No allowance can be made to the accommodation charge for meals not taken.
Arrival and Departure Times
Bedrooms are normally available on arrival from 2.00pm. Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 11.00am on the day of their departure. Extensions will be accommodated whenever possible.
Service Charge
We do not levy a service charge, but if you wish to show further appreciation for the service you receive during your stay, then anything that you care to add to your bill will be distributed fairly amongst the staff. May we suggest 5% of your final bill as a guideline.
Dogs
Dogs are accepted by prior consent of the management at a rate excluding any meals, of £7.75 per dog per night for stays of 1 to 6 nights inclusive and £6.25 per dog per night for stays of 7 nights or more. Please note that dogs are not permitted in any of the public rooms. We have a designated exercise area within the grounds where dogs may be exercised off the lead.

Ample free spaces are available.
