Phil Aston's practical and down to earth approach to yoga has enabled many people from all walks of life to apply the relaxation techniques learnt on their yoga weekend to their busy and hectic lifestyles.

Phil's yoga classes are fun as well as informative and many people who arrive feeling stressed and tired from their journey leave the yoga weekend feeling refreshed and full of renewed vigour.

The Budock Vean yoga breaks are suitable for everyone, beginners are welcome and they are ideal for people travelling by themselves or in a group of friends or work colleagues.

Our yoga weekends are an indulgent and holistic break from the stresses and strains of modern life. Come and be pampered in luxurious surroundings with exceptional food and fine wines. Phil Aston is a fully qualified teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga.

Yoga mats are provided

  1. Friday evening Yoga Workshop (1.5 Hours) Introduction to the weekend, breathing, neck and shoulders, de-stress and relaxation session
  2. Saturday Yoga workshop (1.5 Hour) An early session to awaken the spine as the sun comes up over the Bay
  3. Saturday Yoga workshop (1.5 Hour) A good two hour yoga session cover techniques to help with stress, back pain, neck & shoulders, depression & anxiety, increasing energy and boosting the immune system!
  4. Sunday morning Yoga Workshop (1.5 hours) sequences and postures designed to de-stress and revitalised mind and body.
  5. Sunday afternoon Yoga workshop (1.5 hours)
