We have one room which is available for conferences - The Country Club Room which can seat up to 50 people theatre style or 40 on round tables.
Delegates will be able to take advantage of the leisure facilities and for a small supplementary fee can take advantage of our golfing facilities. In addition, at certain times of year we are able to offer reduced rates on accommodation to delegates wishing to stay the night before the conference or to extend their stay. The discount depends on the time of the year the event is held.
We restrict the times of the year when we offer conference facilities so that they do not conflict with our residential clientele. In some instances, for clients wishing to hold larger residential conferences, we are able to offer exclusive use of the hotel.
Our Daily Delegate Rate for 2008 is £33.50 including VAT. This includes:
- Morning Tea or Coffee on Arrival
- Two Course Buffet Lunch and Coffee
- Afternoon Tea and Cake
- Room Hire (one room)
- Iced Water and Cordials
- A Flipchart and Paper
Should you require a more substantial lunch, this can be provided at a supplementary charge. Additional conference equipment can also be hired in for a supplementary charge.
